An activity program for frail elders aged 60 yrs. and older to help them stay independent in their homes as long as possible. This structured program, in a secure facility is an adult day care program, licensed under the State Department of Social Services, (License #490104577). Services include client assessment, nutritional screening and case management if needed. Activities include current events, exercises, entertainment, field trips and hot lunches. Transportation to-and-from the program site may be available.
Days and Time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.
