Renter's Assistance

PPSC Housing Services includes a Program that offers assistance for back rent, deposits, or critical needs to qualified applicants who are threatened with becoming homeless. Se habla español.

Programs:

PPSC: provides one-time assistance for back rent or deposit to qualified applicants.

Season of Sharing Fund, SOS: provides one-time assistance for back rent, deposit or critical needs to qualified applicants. Assistance through this progrom is limited to the months of October & November and January-April.

Appointments: Appointments are scheduled after a brief telephone intake.

Housing Services is located at PPSC's administrative offices: 1500-A Petaluma Boulevard, South (approximately 1/4 mile south of the Bowling Alley).

Petaluma Residents:

Mediated Assistance Program, MAP: provides qualified applicants in Petaluma a one-time only grant to cover one month's delinquent rent.

Renter's Assistance Program, RAP: is a loan guarantor program designed to provide Petaluma Residents with temporary assistance to help cover housing expenses such as rent or deposit.

Renter's and Deposit Assistance, GAP: provides a one-time only grant for Cotati, Penngove and Petaluma residents for back rent or deposits.
